Shaun Tholen

Shaun Tholen possesses more than 33 years of food preparation and manufacturing expertise and is currently the Commercial Development Manager for Oz Group Co-op. His management skills have enabled him to effectively address various challenges in the food industry and have been channelled into his passion for combating food waste. Whilst a senior manager at Oz Group for the past four years, Shaun has demonstrated a strong commitment to waste reduction initiatives. This has seen him work collaboratively with local governments on the mid-north coast to devise strategies that redirect ‘waste’ and promote positive outcomes for similar businesses, whilst also fostering community engagement and charitable contributions.
