Dr Cordelia Selomulya joined University of New South Wales Sydney (UNSW) in late 2019 as a Professor – Food & Health within the School of Chemical Engineering and as Research & Commercialisation Director for the Future Food Systems CRC. In 2022, she was appointed the Head of Research for UNSW’s Faculty of Engineering.
